QUARTO POSTO PER LOWES AL GRAN PREMIO DEL MUGELLO

Si è da poco concluso il Gran Premio d'Italia Tim, allo storico circuito del Mugello, evento che ha richiamato un foltissimo numero di spettatori appassionati. Il sesto round della stagione e gara di casa per il Team Speed Up si è concluso con la quarta posizione di Lowes che scattava dalla pole position. A seguito di un contatto con Corsi al primo giro il pilota inglese si è ritrovato in nona posizione, nonostante l'ottimo passo si è fermato ad un passo dal podio, conquistando comunque tredici preziosi punti.

SAM LOWES - 5°
"Il week end era iniziato benissimo e ieri avevo conquistato la pole position, anche il warm up di questa mattina era andato molto bene. Non sono felice di come è andata la gara perchè partendo dalla pole mi aspettavo almeno di rimanere sul podio, ma dopo un contatto con un altro pilota ho perso molte posizioni, sono riuscito a recuperare ma avevo un gap troppo grande dal primo. Questo pomeriggio faceva più caldo rispetto alle prove e l'assetto della moto non era perfetto, ma lavoreremo sodo in vista della prossima gara per vincere".

LOWES FOURTH ON GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA TIM
The Gran Premio d'Italia Tim has just ended at the historic circuit of Mugello, an event that drew a crowded number of enthusiastic spectators. The sixth round of the season and the home race for the Team Speed Up ended with the fourth position of Sam Lowes who started from pole position. Following a contact with Corsi on the first lap the Briton found himself in ninth position, despite the excellent pace he stopped one step away from the podium, grabbing anyway thirteen important points.

"The weekend started very well and yesterday I had the pole position, also the warm up this morning went very well. I'm not happy with how the race went because after the pole I was expecting at least to stay on the podium, but after a contact with Corsi I lost many positions, I managed to pass other riders but the gap from the first was too big. This afternoon the temperatures were higher than in the practices and the set up of the bike was not perfect, but we will work hard in the next race to win ".
