GremanGP - QUARTARARO NON MOLLA E ARRIVA NONO. KENT SCIVOLA ALL’OTTAVO GIRO

Il Gran Premio di Germania termina con mezzo sorriso per il team MB Conveyors-Speed Up Racing che archivia la nona tappa della stagione con la straordinaria rimonta di Fabio Quartararo e la sfortunata scivolata di Danny Kent.
Una brutta caduta nel warm up di questa mattina ha reso la gara del numero 20 ancora più in salita. Con una microfrattura al polso e delle contusioni in tutto il corpo, il giovane francese è riuscito a rimontare ben 9 posizioni lottando a denti stretti fino all’ultimo giro.
Il weekend positivo di Danny Kent purtroppo finisce con una caduta all’ottavo giro. Dopo un’ottima partenza con 2 posizioni recuperate, al secondo giro di gara il pilota inglese è all’ottavo posto con mezzo secondo di gap da Alex Marquez. Mantiene la posizione fino all’ultima curva dell’ottavo giro quando improvvisamente perde il controllo della moto e finisce a terra. La prossima gara del Campionato Mondiale sarà al circuito di Brno, in Repubblica Ceca, dal 3 al 5 agosto.

FABIO QUARTARARO#20 – 9°
“È stata una gara molto dura perché dopo la caduta del warm up faticavo a respirare per la ferita al naso e la microfrattura al polso. Siamo riusciti comunque a finire la gara entro i primi dieci dopo aver lottato in un gruppo di 5 piloti per molti giri. Sono felice per come abbiamo recuperato una situazione difficile grazie al lavoro che abbiamo svolto. Ringrazio moltissimo il mio team, ci vediamo a Brno”.

DANNY KENT#52 – non classificato
“Ovviamente non sono contento di finire senza punti, ma dobbiamo guardare gli aspetti positivi di questo fine settimana perché sento che stiamo facendo dei passi in avanti. Ora abbiamo 3 settimane di pausa nelle quali non smetterò di allenarmi e di concentrarmi sulle prossime gare della stagione. Grazie al team!”

The positive weekend of Danny Kent unfortunately ended with a crash on the eighth lap. After an excellent start with 2 positions recovered, on the second lap of the race the British rider was eighth with a half-second gap from Alex Marquez. He kept his position until the last corner of the eighth lap when he suddenly lost control of the bike and ended up on the ground.
The next round of the World Championship will be at the Brno circuit, in the Czech Republic, from 3th to 5th August.

“It was a very hard race because after the crash of the warm up I was struggling to breathe for the nose wound and the microfracture on my wrist. However, we managed to finish the race within the first ten after having struggled in a group of 5 riders for many laps. I am happy about how we have recovered from a difficult situation thanks to the work we have done. I thank my team very much, see you in Brno”

DANNY KENT#52 – DNF
“Of course I’m not happy to finish without any points, but we have to take the positives from this weekend because I feel like we have made some good steps, consistently in the top 12 and in the race I was running in 8th until my crash. From the last races this is a good step forward, now we have 3 weeks break and I will go home and work very hard to come to Brno and make another step, thanks to the team ”.
